Understanding Our Cancellation Policy

Nate typically requires a non-refundable booking fee (often referred to as a deposit) to secure your date. This fee is non-refundable, meaning it won’t be returned if the event is canceled. However, if you do need to cancel, Nate is happy to work with you to reschedule for a new date, subject to mutual availability. Please note that pricing may change if the details or circumstances of the new event differ from the original agreement. If you reschedule, your booking fee will be applied to the new date as a credit, so you won’t lose that money.
