Nate’s favorite illusionists are Dai Vernon and Lance Burton. Vernon was a pioneer of magic who took the art to another level. He passed away in 1992, but his legacy lives on and he’s fondly referred to as a “magician’s magician.” Lance Burton appeared on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson 10 times and another 10 when Jay Leno was host.
